Skin contact： remove contaminated clothing and wash skin thoroughly with soapy water and clean water。

Eye contact： open the upper and lower eyelids immediately， wash with flowing water or normal saline for at least 15 min， and seek medical advice。

Inhalation： leave the site to fresh air place quickly， and keep respiratory tract unobstructed； perform oxygen therapy and seek medical advice in case of any breathing difficulty。

5. FIRE-FIGHTING MEASURES

Hazard characteristics： high heat causes burning and explosion， react strongly with oxidizing agent， ignite and burn when meeting source of ignition； if encountering high heat， container internal pressure increases， there are the risk of cracks and explosion。 If the flow velocity is too fast， it is easy to generate and accumulate static electricity。

危險特性：高熱會引發燃燒與爆炸，與氧化劑可發生強烈的化學反應，遇到火源會引發起火和燃燒。若遇高熱，容器內壓會增大，有開裂與爆炸的危險。若流速過快，則易產生靜電，並聚積靜電。

Emergency treatment： cut off the power supply for inflammable， and source of ignition must be cut off before removing explosive leakage。

Elimination method： collect leakage in an airtight container as far as possible， absorb residual liquid with sandy soil， activated carbon or other inert materials； or scrub with emulsion made of noncombustible dispersant， and discharge into waste water system after dilution。

消除方法：儘可能地將洩露液收集至密閉容器中，用沙土、活性炭或其他惰性材料吸收殘液，也可以使用經由非燃性分散劑製成的乳液對殘液進行擦洗，並在稀釋後，將其排入廢水系統。

Handling precautions： airtight operation， such as strong ventilation， operators must receive special training， and strictly abide by the operation procedures； it is suggested that operators wear self-priming filter type gas mask （half mask）， chemical safety protective glasses， gas permeability overalls， and oil resistant rubber gloves， keep away from fire and heat source， no smoking in workplace， and use explosion-proof ventilation system and equipment。

操作注意事項：諸如強力通風的密閉操作，操作人員必須經過專門培訓，並嚴格地遵守操作規程；建議操作人員佩戴自吸過濾式防毒面具（半面罩），佩戴化學安全防護眼鏡，穿著防毒物滲透工作服，戴上橡膠耐油手套。遠離火種和熱源，工作場所嚴禁吸菸，並使用防爆型的通風系統和裝置。

Storage precautions： store in a cool， ventilated warehouse， keep away from fire and heat source， the warehouse temperature should not be more than 30 ℃。 Keep containers sealed， and use explosion-proof lighting， ventilation facilities， and mechanical equipment and tools which are easy to produce sparks are banned to use。 Storage area should be equipped with leak emergency treatment equipment and suitable collecting materials。
