assure，使……確定，使……有信心，為了使對方有信心、安心、放心而做保證、確保、保證、給……保險（英式英語的說法，注意是人壽保險，也就是一個人定期支付一些錢，當這個人受傷、生病、死亡時機構會支付一筆錢給這個人或者他的家人）。
